Atlanta and PA Academy - November 2019

Back in November, I had an opportunity to take the PA Academy course with Linda Burns in Atlanta. Beginning my trip into filmmaking, this was a fun albeit intense course that taught me a lot about how things work on set. An invaluable experience meeting great people and learning a lot from veteran filmmakers!

I also had a fantastic time with my dear friend and colleague, Gretchen Mahkorn, who was kind enough to let me stay in her house, chauffeur me around and make me coffee on the early mornings. I saw some old friends and met some new great ones.

The Atlanta Film Society is an awesome organization. They have lots of classes (many that are online) for anyone interested in filmmaking and cultivate a great film community that is thriving. Check them out here.
